One Day in Wellington - December 1984

The Mardi Gras in Oriental Bay was an annual event in the 1980s and part of Wellington’s Summer City programme. It involved cultural performances of dance and music, food stalls, and concluded with a fireworks display. I was living in Oriental Bay at this time and the 1984 event was on December 15th.
